We may also gather information about your location using other technologies and sensors which may provide us with information about nearby devices, WiFi access points and networks, and nearby cell towers. Depending on your device settings, we collect location information in the background, even when you are not actively using the app. We collect and maintain location data to provide you with the features and functionality of the Service.<\/p>\n

Sismart follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they use our mobile apps. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring\/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.<\/p>\n

Cookies and Web Beacons<\/strong><\/p>\n

Like any other website, sismart.id uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. If you wish to close your account, and\/or request to delete your personal information, please contact us at info@sismart.com. When account information is deleted or de-identified, certain residual information may remain within our archive records, such as for customer and technical support, billing and tax purposes.
\nLocation and Movement Data Collection and Sharing: As described above, we collect precise location data and movement data (such as accelerometer data, magnetometer data, gyro data, etc.) from your device to provide the Sismart Services, and may share your personal information, including location and movement data, with other Sismart users in your family circle
\nDisconnect Location Data and Movement Data in Device Settings. You may also be able to turn off device location data collection through your mobile device settings. For example, depending on your mobile device, you may be able to \u201cTurn location services \u2018off,\u2019 which restricts access to your device location data. You can also adjust your device settings to withdraw permission for the Sismart app to access device location data and\/or motion data (depending on the device type, this may be called \u201cFitness and Motion\u201d data), and you can also adjust your device settings to limit the app\u2019s access to WiFi and Bluetooth information. Please note that your Sismart App may not be able to provide all of our Services to you if you disable access to location and movement data through your device settings.<\/p>\n

Changes to our privacy policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

sismart may, in its sole discretion, modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and so you should review this page periodically. When we change the policy, we will update the \u2018last modified\u2019 date at the top of this page.
